Recipe Favorites

This page has the recipes I've enjoyed so much that I've featured them as "Recipe Favorites" on Kalyn's Kitchen. There are also plenty of favorite recipes in other categories that I just haven't had a chance to feature yet!

For the benefit of those following The South Beach diet, notations after each recipe listing indicate Kalyn's opinion as to which phase of the diet each that recipe can be used for.

You're right, I need a section for "favorite cilantro recipes." Except that every recipe with cilantro would be a favorite!

This looks delicious, Kalyn and easy, too. I eat a lot of greens in the winter months and am always searching for new ways to dress them. And, lime is my favorite citrus taste. I look forward to trying this. Janice (www.inquisitivepalate.com)
