I did not have Italian salad dressing so I substuted Rasberry Walnut vinegrette to marinate my zucchini slices for the grill and talking about fantastic! Let me know what you think!

Anonymous, I think that sounds like a great idea. I don't know if you're a SB dieter, but if you are, I'd just be careful to choose dressing with less than 2 grams of sugar per serving.

My summer favorite this year is grilled patty pan squash. Ohhhh My...they are delish!
The skin is so delicate all you need to do is wash, trim the stem off and then slice. I slice them across the whole squash(the slices look like lamb's heads), about 1/4 inch thickness. Drizzle with olive oil and sea salt. Grill on both sides for about 4-5 minutes or to your desired doneness.
They barely make it to the table and we could eat them every night.
I can't believe I have never tried these cute little scalloped looking squash before. I am so glad I did!

I think grilled patty pan sounds wonderful! I haven't been able to find those for the garden for two years now, darn!
